Details

The 1100 Gamma-Ray Source Projector is engineered for safe, efficient, and reliable industrial radiography applications. Designed for use with Iridium-192 (Ir-192) and Selenium-75 (Se-75) sources, it enables radiographers to perform precise gamma radiographic inspections on welds, castings, and structural components.

As the latest innovation from QSA Global, the 1100 model enhances safety, simplifies operation, and offers up to twice the service life compared to the proven 880 Series. An improved ergonomic handle provides greater carrying comfort, while the expanded labeling area accommodates required IATA transport markings, eliminating the need for additional overpack labels.

The 1100 maintains full backward compatibility with 880 Series controls, guide tubes, and shielding components. This allows NDT service providers to upgrade seamlessly without retraining personnel or replacing existing accessories, reducing downtime and investment costs.
