Improved Material Quality

In addition to the Aolong Dandong X-ray tube, the high-voltage coil is another key component. After extensive research in 2006, engineers identified that uneven enameled wire diameter was the cause of coil failures. By switching to high-quality enameled wire imported from Germany, the issue was successfully resolved, significantly improving product reliability.

Solid and Durable Structure

The generator is protected by a strong end ring made of nearly 30 mm solid steel and covered with rubber to reduce vibration and prevent slipping. This design protects the core components from damage during impact or collision.

Strong Penetration Performance

Equipped with a 160 kV ceramic X-ray tube and a 40° ±5° beam angle, the unit can penetrate up to 19 mm of Q235 steel at a 600 mm focal distance under 160 kV working voltage.
