The XL3t from Niton is a lightweight, hand-held X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) analyzer that enables users to obtain real-time, quantitative sample analysis in the field for a fraction of the cost of lab-based sampling.

Environmental testing applications range from brownfield site assessments and remediation to emergency response, occupational safety, and health (OSHA) compliance testing and elevated blood lead (EBL) investigations. The XL3t can also be used to test electrical components for both RoHS and WEEE directive compliance.

Supplied with the Niton Data Transfer software to generate reports, the XL3t features a tilting color touch-screen display for easy viewing, analysis of all major contamination elements from Mg to U, down to PPM levels and easy to use touch-screen controls.
